We welcome your interest and look forward to your patronage of the IEEE MetroCon 2022 Technical Conference, scheduled to open at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 3 at the Hurst Conference Center, Hurst, Texas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h6>\n

  1. Exhibits load-in to the Hurst Conference Center<\/a> begins at 0600 hours (6am on conference day).<\/li>\n
  2. If you need to ship materials to the event, you can ship containers to the following address with a \u2018hold for pickup\u2019 no sooner that 3 days before the conference event. ATT: Hold for IEEE MetroCon 2022

  3. Directions<\/a> to Conference Center \u2013 Enter loading dock<\/a> for large items. Small items can be hand-trucked through the main entrances.<\/li>\n
  4. Exhibitor load in\/out is accessed via the Loading Dock, located on the west side of the conference center.<\/li>\n
  5. The center provides parking at no charge. Parking spaces are just steps from a facility entrance.<\/li>\n
  6. Registration Desk is at the main entrance. Pick up exhibitor badges there.<\/li>\n
  7. Additional power beyond the 120Vac, 15A service will need to be ordered at the conference center. Conference Center and Conference volunteer staff will be on-site to help with this request.<\/li>\n
  8. If you plan to overnight in Hurst before the conference, check out the Hilton Garden Inn<\/a>; conveniently connected to the Hurst Conference Center and they offer free shuttle service to and from DFW airport. There are other hotels in the area a short distance away as well.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
