Case Kirk is a Pre-University Education and Mentoring Advocate and a dedicated IEEE Region 5 volunteer who has played a transformative role in shaping student engagement and STEM outreach. He works at OzIC, where he has developed strong expertise in data analytics, Python programming, SQL, PCB design, networking, and visualization technologies, including Grafana, supporting innovative solutions that connect systems and data in meaningful ways.

Case has revolutionized many aspects of IEEE operations through his behind-the-scenes leadership, technical insight, and passion for helping organizations work smarter. He is also the driving force of a thriving STEM outreach robotics club in Elkins, Arkansas, where he mentors young students and inspires the next generation of engineers.

Driven by curiosity and a genuine love for engineering, Case brings creativity, mentorship, and technical excellence to every community he serves.
