His work explores ways to improve computational performance while ensuring responsible data handling and maintaining high-quality results, bridging the gap between advanced algorithms and practical engineering solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Garrett\u2019s achievements include the Best Student Paper Award at SPIE DCS, multiple first-place finishes in IEEE competitions, and recognition for leadership in IEEE-HKN.
